Return Policy
Your business is important to us!
- You may return items purchased from Serendipity By Design within 30 days of postmark. The items must be in new condition, with original packaging and accessories for an exchange or full refund (minus your shipping costs).
- If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of postmark via 0413247668 (within Australia) or customerservice@dichroicglassdesigns.com with a description of the problem. We will give your item top priority and endeavour to repair the item, replace the item or offer a refund, including the return shipping cost.
- Please note: We can only issue a refund on items that are returned within 30 days of postmark.
Shipping Policy
Australia:
Regular postage on all Serendipity By Design Jewellery is free within Australia through Australia Post. As all of our products are unique and unable to be reproduced, we recommend upgrading to registered post ($2.30) and offer this option in the check out process. Registered post offers a unique ID number for each parcel and insurance up to $100. Signature is required upon delivery. Delivery can be expected 4-5 business days after dispatch. We endeavour to dispatch your parcel within 2 days of payment.
International:
Postage on all Serendipity By Design Jewellery is free internationally. We use Air Mail which does not include insurance however Extra Cover (formerly Insurance) is available to most countries. Where available, the Extra Cover fee is $8.45 (AUD) for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.25 (AUD) for every additional $100 or part thereof, up to $5000. If you would like Extra Cover on your package, please inform us via customerservice@dichroicglassdesigns.com. The cost of Extra Cover will be at your expense. Delivery can be expected 7-21 business days after payment depending on destination and destination country processing time.
Glass Wall Art/Home Art:
We do not cover the cost of shipping on these items. Please contact us before completing checkout with details of the item/s you would like to purchase along with your delivery address via customerservice@dichroicglassdesigns.com. We will notify you of the postage costs. Local pick-up is welcome.
We take no responsibility for loss of your order in the postal system unless you have Extra Cover (insurance).
